If your goods are damaged on receipt, this needs to be reported within 3 days to enable us to refund/exchange, please email hello@buonartemodel.com We will not be held responsible until the returned item reaches us. So all items need to be returned by a recorded service at your own cost. If a replacement item is out of stock then we will advise you by email. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed.
